Green Cast cast acrylic sheets are 100% recycled and recyclable. They look, perform and fabricate just like virgin acrylic with the same optical, mechanical and thermal characteristics. In addition they can be recycled back to raw material without losing any of their original properties making them the perfect sustainable material for waste reduction and a circular economy.

Green Cast acrylic has a carbon neutral manufacturing process that uses renewable energy including water regeneration that reduces up to 76% of CO2 emissions. It is also certified Type III Environmental Product Declaration (EDP).

With a high resistance to UV rays and external agents, Green Cast acrylic is easy to glue, bend, mill, laser cut and thermoform. Typical applications include interior design, furniture, retail display, visual communication and exhibition display.

If you have a requirement for machined or finished components, please ask the Plastock team for more information on our bespoke services.
