90° Male Threaded Compression Elbows are used to connect polyethylene (PELD, PEMD and PEHD) and PPR pipes for the distribution of pressurised fluids in irrigation and water systems. They meet the requirements of the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme for potable water and have an operating temperature range of -10°C to 80°C.
The fitting, equipped with a BSP (GAS) male thread, does not have to be completely disassembled to install (see Installation tab) and is designed and tested to guarantee a PN16 working pressure. It is used in drinking water conveyance systems in aqueducts and civil installations, in irrigation and gardening, fire-fighting systems, geothermal systems, waste and industrial water conveyance and compressed air systems.
