EasyCell 75 is a closed cell, cross-linked PVC foam core with a nominal density of 75kg/m³. Offering high mechanical performance, low resin uptake, ease-of-use and value for money, PVC foam is one of the most widely used core materials in composites. It is compatible with all standard resin systems including polyester, vinylester and epoxy.
Easycell 75 is suitable for use as a core material in a wide range of composite applications including both flat sheets and moulded parts. This plain version is an excellent choice for hand-layup, vacuum bag and press lamination. Typical applications include motorsport body panels, aircraft interiors, marine hulls and sports and recreation equipment. What delivery methods do you use?
We have a selection of couriers suited to the size, weight and type of product you order from us. It is likely we will deliver your goods with a courier service such as Tuffnells, TNT, DHL etc. You can track your order with the shipment number, if you would like us to send you the tracking number for your order please contact us or give us a call and we can track it for you.
