Details

PE300 (HDPE) is a widely used synthetic polymer with product characteristics including high chemical resistance, very high impact strength and extremely low moisture absorption.

PE300 (HDPE) is a high performance polyethylene with product characteristics including high chemical resistance, very high impact strength and extremely low moisture absorption. With humidity absorption factor of <0.01g/cm³ PE300 (HDPE) Rod is dimensionally very stable within humid environments. The long term service temperature range of PE300 (HDPE) is from -50°C to 90°C.

Typical fields of application for PE300 (HDPE) include construction, drinking and waste water technology and bottling and food industries. PE300 (HDPE) Rod is a material well suited to Billeting, Precision grinding and CNC turning. Similar materials available from Plastock include PE300 (HDPE) Extruded Natural Rod and Acetal C Extruded Black Rod.

If you have a requirement for machined or finished PE300 (HDPE) components please ask the Plastock team for more information.
